Chief Railey has over 38 years of experience in allied fields, 34 of those years as a member of the Winter Park Police Department.  His career has included extensive experience in operational, investigative, and administrative assignments at progressively higher levels of responsibility through the rank of Chief of Police.
				
Keynote Speaker: Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Secretary Christina K. Daly
Ms. Daly has played an integral role in the aggressive reform of juvenile justice under Florida Governor Rick Scott since 2011 and has held leadership positions for the past seven years at the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice as the Deputy Secretary, Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and the External Affairs Director.
				
Featured Speaker: Los Angeles School Police Officers Association Vice President Rudy Perez
Mr. Perez is a 15-year veteran of the Los Angeles School Police Department and has worked a variety of assignments including policing High School and Middle School campuses, day and night patrol, interagency task forces, gang detail unit, bike patrol, and training unit. Mr. Perez is currently working as a Detective in an investigative division (Threat Assessment Unit)..
