S.R.O. Practitioner Application Update: As the conference approaches it is time to get your S.R.O. Practitioner application completed and submitted. Take a few moments and review the application on the FASRO website.
Once you get the application completed have it signed by your training division. Copies of certificates of completion do not need to be attached.

Chief Railey has over 38 years of experience in allied fields, 34 of those years as a member of the Winter Park Police Department.  His career has included extensive experience in operational, investigative, and administrative assignments at progressively higher levels of responsibility through the rank of Chief of Police.
				
Keynote Speaker: Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Secretary Christina K. Daly
Ms. Daly has played an integral role in the aggressive reform of juvenile justice under Florida Governor Rick Scott since 2011 and has held leadership positions for the past seven years at the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice as the Deputy Secretary, Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and the External Affairs Director.
				
Closing Speaker: Former Federal Drug Prosecutor Monte Stiles
Mr. Stiles has served his entire professional career of 28 years as a state and federal prosecutor. As a result of his expertise, he has taught advanced narcotics and money laundering throughout the world. We are pleased to present Mr. Stiles and his motivational speaking at FASRO as out closing speaker.
				
Featured Speaker: Los Angeles School Police Officers Association Vice President Rudy Perez
Mr. Perez is a 15-year veteran of the Los Angeles School Police Department and has worked a variety of assignments including policing High School and Middle School campuses, day and night patrol, interagency task forces, gang detail unit, bike patrol, and training unit. Mr. Perez is currently working as a Detective in an investigative division (Threat Assessment Unit)..

Ms. Stuart has 25 years of experience in OSINT, counter intelligence, financial investigations, due diligence, corporate & competitive intelligence. Specialize in training open source intelligence and cyber safety to Federal and State law enforcement on an international level. 
				
Featured Speaker: Kimberly Spence, Ph.D. Center for Autism & Related Disabilities University of Central Florida
Mrs. Spence traines numerous law enforcement officers from all 67 districts within the state of Florida and provides training for the Crisis Intervention Team Training (CIT) Schools in all regions of Florida.

The Florida Association of School Resource Officers will host The 37th Annual Training Conference July 18th -22nd, 2016 at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida.

The Florida Association of School Resource Officers offers the most advanced and comprehensive training for its members in the state of Florida.
